What is the TASSIMO Home Brewing System?
The Tassimo Home Brewing system is a one-cup beverage maker that can produce coffeehouse quality drinks in the convenience of your own home. The Tassimo Single-Serve brewer can make beverages such as coffee, tea, macchiato, espresso, latte, hot chocolate and more in about a minute. Beverages are either brewed on their own, or with Tassimo’s unique real liquid milk to make authentically crafted drinks.
The Tassimo Coffee Maker works with Tassimo T-Discs, which are pre-portioned pods containing coffee, espresso, chocolate, or concentrated milk. Each T-Disc contains a barcode with instructions that is read by the Tassimo brewer to ensure perfect brewing conditions for each type of drink. Drinks are brewed inside the Tassimo machine and the brewed drink is dispended right into the mug or cup. Prepare multiple drinks back to back using different T-Disc varieties.

How Do I Clean My Tassimo?
Tassimo Brewers should be cleaned regularly to keep the parts operating correctly and to ensure the best tasting products. Regularly wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth to remove any residue. Also wipe the bar code reader with a soft, damp cloth. All of the removable parts of the Tassimo Machines are hand washable, and all of the parts except the water container are dishwasher safe.
In addition to cleaning the parts of the Tassimo, it is also important to run the re-usable cleaning disc in the machine every week. This cleaning disc comes with every new Tassimo and is the best way to fully flush out the machine.
Why Doesn’t Tassimo Use High Pressure?
The Tassimo Home Brewing system uses customized T-Discs with advanced bar code technology to craft a variety of drinks like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and frothy milk for cappuccinos and lattes. The T-Discs provide the brewer with specific instructions for each beverage to ensure high quality. The lower pressure allows for a wider variety of drinks to be made, while still providing coffeehouse quality beverages.
What Should I Do if I Have Problems with my Tassimo?
